A fictional case shows how essays, teaching materials, and project experience can form clear service paths and an ongoing content system.

This fictional case study was created for the Remade demonstration site. People, projects, and outcomes are examples.

Starting point

An independent organizational consultant had dozens of essays, course notes, and retrospectives but struggled to explain how they formed a service. Prospective clients still asked for an introductory conversation, and both sides spent time establishing fit.

Content inventory

We classified existing material by client decision stage: recognizing a problem, understanding methods, evaluating collaboration, and preparing to begin. Method explanations were plentiful; scope, investment, and deliverables were largely missing.

Restructuring services

Three recurring starting points from past work became diagnosis, co creation, and ongoing support. Each described suitable and unsuitable situations, the client's time commitment, and visible deliverables.
Perspectives established judgment, method articles showed process, and cases explained choices. The home page guided visitors from their own circumstances.

Demonstration outcome

The final structure included three service pages, two case templates, an FAQ area, and a quarterly content plan. Its quality measure was whether visitors could assess fit independently.
Organizing expertise around decisions creates a credible entry point to a service.
